Rosco Supports Safety for Sarah

Rosco is pleased to support the Safety for Sarah Foundation. A portion of the proceeds from all Rosco e-colour+™ filters sold in North America will be donated to this important cause.

Safety for Sarah was created in memory of Sarah Jones, a camera assistant who was tragically killed on a film set in 2014 due to unsafe working conditions. Through this program of support, Rosco hopes to increase knowledge of Sarah's legacy and in turn create greater awareness and dedication to on-set safety.

Check Presentation for Safety for Sarah

On Saturday, June 1, 2017, Rosco presented Richard and Elizabeth Jones with a check for $5,000 as a first donation to the organization.

"By supporting the Safety for Sarah Foundation, Rosco seeks to help in two capacities," said Mark Engel, Rosco CEO. "Through financial support, and through awareness outreach, our goal is to contribute to safer working conditions for our colleagues within the entertainment industry. Rosco's company mission is to help creative people achieve their visions, and this cannot be done if working conditions are unsafe. We will strive to complement the good work of the International Cinematographers Guild, and honor the legacy of Sarah Jones."
